Cómo preparar el día de la sesión de fotos de graduación en tu centro
Una sesión bien organizada se nota en las fotos. Estas son las cosas que conviene dejar listas antes de que llegue el equipo.

The H Studio System removes the school's administrative burden: no lost envelopes, no unanswered messages and no chaotic payment collection.
We organise everything. Safe, private, easy and sustainable.

Graduation photos are still organised much as they were decades ago: paper, envelopes and scattered messages. The H Studio System replaces that circuit with one that is ordered from start to finish.
Between teachers' phones, messaging groups and forwarded emails, students' photos end up scattered. When someone leaves the school, nobody knows what remains or where.
Families give consent at the start of the year and the paper goes into a folder. It is rarely checked, photo by photo, who may appear and where.
If a family wants to know where their child's photos are, or asks for them to be deleted, the school needs to find them quickly. If it cannot, the matter gets complicated.
Loose cash, paper lists and counts that do not add up. The chaos starts on the day of the photos.
The notice goes to every family, a few reply and the rest never learn what they need to do.
Teachers who stop what they are doing to take cash, give change and write down names.
The school does not want to manage orders, but ends up between the photographer and the families.
From the moment the date is booked until every family receives their photos, one system runs the whole process.
The photographer arrives, sets up the portable studio and starts. The school does not need to prepare anything special.
Photos from the session never pass through phones or messaging groups: they go straight to a private gallery for each family.
Consent before the session, registration per family and image deletion on request.
Registration
Families register with their school's private link and give their consent.
Session
We photograph the students and record attendance on the spot.
Gallery
Photos are organised by class and student into private galleries.
Delivery and notice
Each family receives access to their photos and the school is told that everything is ready.
Each family only reaches their own child's photos.
Prints and extra photos are ordered online; merchandise is made to order.
A reminder 5 days before and the day before, order status and an absence notice so a new date can be arranged.
Students' photos are processed in line with the GDPR and Spanish data protection law.
No consent, no photo: it is requested at registration, before the session, and renewed every year.
A parent or guardian completes the registration.
Private-link galleries for each family, with no public listings.
If a school or a family asks, the images are deleted.

A solidarity inclusion programme so that no student misses out on their graduation photographs for financial reasons.
We provide free or subsidised photographs to students with financial difficulties confirmed or validated by the parents' association or the guidance department. Up to a maximum of 25% of participating students per school. Approval depends on programme availability and on the assessment of each request. The process is discreet and respectful.

The questions we hear most from schools and families.
No. By default, each family pays H Studio directly on the session day. If you would rather the school collects the money, that is possible too: the school makes a single payment to H Studio on the agreed date. You choose whichever option suits you best.
Each student spends a short, efficient time in the photo area. We coordinate schedules and spaces with the school beforehand.
Family registration includes a mandatory image consent. For children under 14, a parent or guardian must complete the registration.
Yes. Families can order extra prints, enlargements or custom albums from their private gallery.
Working with minors is delicate and we understand that. Everyone on the H Studio team who enters a school holds the negative certificate from the Central Registry of Sex Offenders and Human Trafficking, and has passed a rigorous pre-selection process.
It is issued by the Ministry of Justice and states whether a person appears in the Central Registry of Sex Offenders and Human Trafficking on the date it is issued. Organic Law 8/2021 requires it from anyone working in regular contact with minors. The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) takes the view that such regular contact exists when the post, by its very nature, has minors as the main recipients of the service.
