How it is paid

You choose the option that best fits your school.

  • Each family pays in cash

    They hand over the amount in a sealed envelope with the student's name on the session day. H Studio handles collection and the school never touches the money.

  • The school collects and pays H Studio

    The school collects from families and makes a single payment to H Studio on the date and in the way agreed at the meeting. Galleries are delivered once the payment is received.

Every year, easier

Graduations come round every year. If we have worked with you before, booking again is faster.

For the school

  • We recognise your school and reuse the package, extras and payment method
  • You can change anything before confirming
  • A new registration link is generated for the year

For families

  • Returning families register in a minute: we retrieve their details and suggest the next year's class
  • New students register as usual
  • Anyone who has left the school simply does not register
  • Image consent is requested again every year
